Do not trust Gary and Shannon with your special event! We hired them to cater our son's wedding based on the wonderful things they were telling us at our tasting. They served our guests extremely small portions, didn't listen to the venue directions on using staff entrances and exits, tried to use dirty linens on the tables, yelled at our wedding coordinator, we're heard saying "I hate doing weddings", snapped at guests, and threatened to leave before they served the food!! We had a large guest list and it would have been a disaster with no food! All of our other vendors were happy and wonderful with the staff and guests, so it wasn't us or the party, it was them! They acted very nice and professional at the tasting and I was appalled at their behavior at the wedding!! Please do not take the chance with them...it's not worth the few dollars you might save!!
