I would love to write a review about their services unfortunately the level of customer care and their inability schedule our trip prevents me from being able to speak about the service beyind scheduling. We have been trying to connect with this company regarding a trip that they donated to a Merrill Lynch event where participants had to pay to enter this area of the contest. We have attempted to contact this company for six months. I certainly hope they don't treat other customers this way. I would not take a chance on it though.... Their representatives have even promised to respond the next day on multiple occasions.
