Fred Pollard allowed liquid cement to flow into my sewer line when it was under construction, through the opening in the sewer line meant for the clean out, which he had left uncovered when pouring cement. Instead of cleaning the spilled cement out of the sewer line, he capped the opening for the clean out and buried it under three feet of earth, surrounded by the pool of spilled cement. Had he installed the cleanout, the spilled cement would have been visible from the surface, viewed through the clean out using a flashlight. I only discovered the cement in the sewer line after digging up my sewer line in the dead of winter, when it clogged. Good luck to anyone who hires Pollard.
