Excellent Service, Fast and reliable, I called Franks Towing at 11:30 and by 11:40 they was servicing my vehicle. I've used this company before and whenever you call 24/7 someone comes to get the job done. I'll always use Franks Towing he has the best prices.

I called them for a jump, they told me they would be here in in 20minutes or less. After 45 minutes, I call to see where they are. Guy answers, tells me he will call me right back and hangs up.After 20 minutes more, no call. I try calling him, his cell phone is off and all I get is voice mail. It is cold and I have now been waiting 2 hour. IHe is not apologetic nor does he care I have been waiting 2 hours .It took 5 hours to towe my car. Avoid this one like the plague. The driver smelled just like he got done smoking weed, was dressed very unprofessional.
