Stay Away! This was my first time at this establishment. They are a bit more local to me so I figured why not try it out and keep it close to home. My wife went to pick up my dry cleaning today, the day it was said to be done. They told her that they had 4 shirts and a pair of pants, but 1 of my pants was in Yardley. They apparently sent it out to another business to be handled by accident. ok, things happen, not a big deal. They said because my clothes aren't yet bagged, she couldn't pick them up and would have to wait until tomorrow when the other pants were back in the shop. She explained that I needed the clothes tonight and they argued with her, stating she isn't the only customer, and they aren't responsible if the clothes aren't done on time. But most of them are. I called them while my wife waited to find out what was going on. They continued to be rude and tell me that it's not their problem that I need my clothes today, I need to learn to be more patient. Uuum, no I dont, not when you state they will be ready on this day. I told them my wife will take what is there and I will come back for the pants tomorrow. They finally agreed to give my wife the clothes that were there bit insisted that we pay for ALL of the clothes, including the ones we were not picking up. They would not let any of the clothes go unless this happened. Needless to say, I need my clothes so we were stuck. Not only will I never do business with this establishment again, but I will continue to post and let people know that they are rude, not customer satisfaction oriented and not reliable.
