Wish we had seen some of the reviews before booking the event space for our daughter's wedding and reception. It could be a great space but is poorly managed. The place was filthy when we arrived on wedding day, with trash filling the trash cans. Patrick was seldom to be found and when he was he was either drunk or high or passed out. Our daughter's friends cleaned the restrooms and took out the trash. Wedding guests had to do the room flip because Patrick was found passed out and there was no other staff around. Many other issues but bottom line is I would not recommend this venue to anyone.

Sad to the point of pathetic. Despite nice event space and good taste in the salvage they offer for sale, the pair of owners -- fronted by Patrick -- are not really capable of operating a business. Unreturned calls, ignored e-mail inquiries, unkept customer commitments, drinking during business hours. The parade of not-grasping or not-knowing-how goes on and on and on with Foundation Architectual Salvage. Regrettably, these guys are far better off working an hourly job somewhere, where business decisions, customer relations and RELIABILITY are off thier plate. Beware . . .
