I wish that I could give 0 stars. Bill, the owner was VERY unprofessional. He came to my house this past Sat, July 28 and just with talking to him about what had to be done, he was very short with me... I then proceeded to ask him and his partner if they can put the booties over their shoes because we had hardwood floors throughout the whole house, his response to me was, It’s a Sat early in the morning and you really want us to cover our shoes??
How do you even say that to a customer?
His next statement to me was, Well that’s why you can’t get this job done because of all of these requests... Excuse me? You are the contractor, I am the customer...
He left after that...
Maybe if the customer is Caucasian, they wouldn’t have gotten that treatment.. I could tell that he didn’t necessarily take to my kind and having a nice house....
If you’re in business for yourself, you have to be able to go into anyone’s house, no matter the color of their skin and still be professional... Bill didn’t seem to get that memo...
Stay away from For Most Mechanical... Save yourself the aggravation. This will be posted all over the internet to show this guy that you have to treat everyone the same!
