Exactly what we needed!!!! My Sister and I had to short-sale our homes. My sister did NOT get a knowledgeable agent. Patty knew everything about foreclosures and the Short-Sale process so well we didn’t have to pay a dime more than I needed. Our agent was relentless. No nonsense taken from anyone. Did the paperwork so efficiently that we were moved out when my sister was still in limbo land.
