Stay away from this guy Mike. Going through hassle of getting information including model number, the guy did not show up. Called after the appointment time to ask if he is on his way. Basically got hung up. Called back, he made all kind of excuses and hung up on me again. I you want to waste your precious time, call this guy.

This one man show is nice until you disagree with him, then he turns into a disrespectful, cursing mad-man.

Our home warranty contracted this place to fix our fridge. Mike showed up and tried to fix it, found us a part and came out on saturday to put it in. It didn't work, told us he'd need to order a main control board. Called the next day and it was on backorder from the only place he could get it. Then he moved the date on us twice. When we were tired of being without a fridge, my wife found the part in 24 hours in stock in the city.

She informed the Home Warranty people who called him. When my wife got in contact with Mike to tell him the good news, he called her a piece of *crap*, twice. Does that sound like someone who is trying to help the customer? I called to ask him about it after confirming the parts place in the city had the correct part, and he said she called him a liar. Which she never did, because she had no reason to. After yelling at me, he hung up and when I called back he threatened me with harassment.

If you need assistance, look elsewhere. Don't let this lunatic near your home or family.

Now we can't get our fridge fixed and will have to purchase a new one on our own dime.

This company is HORRIBLE! If I could give it no stars, I would. The repair guy they sent to our house no showed 3 times. would get upset if you weren't home at a random time other than when he said he was coming. Was completely unprofessional. He ended up breaking all the guts of our appliance, when only one piece was actually broken when he came, and expected either us or our insurance to pay for the damage he did. It took them almost 2 months to "fix" our appliance and when he left the appliance was still not working and we have to have another repair company come in and re-fix it.

HORRIBLE!!!! I wouldn't even give this guy a star, but the system makes you choose at least one star! He is rude, dishonest, and does not keep to his appointments. Says he will call and make appointments and never does. Then when you do finally get in touch with him he says he will be available during a certain time then calls back and says he has to leave town for a few days and can't do the work he promised! DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN TO DO ANY WORK IN YOUR HOME!!!!!

Wow! I set up an appointment with Mike the Owner of Fix Today Appliance Repair and he not only showed up on time but he fixed my washer that day!! What a friendly fast service- I would recomend them to anyone!
