Five Star Fence did a horrible job replacing my storm damaged fence. They failed to adhere to the contractual agreement of placing my panels with the smooth side out. They also positioned one side of my fence with a minus 1.3 foot (minus) deviation from my property line, which was clearly marked by the old fence! In addition, they improperly fastened my metal gate to my brick wall verses using a pole to hold the latch, which damaged my brick and the gate would not stay shut. After I asked the company to correct the gate and repair my brick, move the fence back to my properly line and flip the panels (smooth side out), they elected to come to my property and just remove the entire fence! The owner Mr. Kenny Arthur showed up in flip flops and got into a verbal confrontation with me. Mr. Arthur threatened me in front of his employees in my yard and said he plans to tell my neighbors/community that I was a bad customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
