Provided by YP.comNice variety of stoves and log sets. From the moment we were greeting walking into the store for the first time to the completion of installing our new stove, everyone who works at Fireplace etc. is very knowledgeable in their areas of work, extremely helpful - but not pushy, and super friendly! Due to the lasting effects of covid, we waiter longer than usual for our stove to come in; but it was totally worth the wait!
Thank you to Nick and everyone at Fireplace, etc. for never once making us feel like a sale, but rather, customers who you truly want to see make the best decision when making a large purchase. (Even if it means not making a purchase with you.) True, honest, hardworking people!
I will be recommending them to everyone!

Provided by SuperpagesI purchased a gas log set and enclosure from Fireplaces Etc. The glass in the enclosure is falling out. I have called them several times to repair it and they have yet to come and repair it. It has been two weeks. They say they are coming and don't show. I am very disappointed and would never use them again. Nice people......
