This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The owner, Eric, repeatedly lied to us. His office manager Kim also lied to us. They overcharged by 2-3 times normal towing rates. Instead of bringing our truck to our mechanic for repair after an accident as Eric said he would, he took it to their compound and held it hostage. They took our credit card information, ran the card, and then insisted that we pay by cash. They are obviously trying to avoid paying taxes. It felt like we were dealing with the mob. I've been in business for over 16 years and have never dealt with anyone like them. The IRS would have a field day with this company.
