This company does not keep its business hours and will not answer the phone nor provide you with the insurance information so that you may file a claim for your damaged or missing items.

When they arrived the lead mover was extreme rude and even used some profanity as if it was "cool." The rest of the crew spoke No English so I had no choice other than to communicate with the lead mover and deal with his attitude but I was optimistic the delivery would go better.



Upon delivery, the driver picked up PEOPLE OFF THE SIDE OF THE ROAD (whose names he didn't even know) to unload my household items. These men could have been thieves, rapist, drug dealers or murders and they brought them into my home. These men were locals and now they know where I live and the inner most contents of my home. These men were out of shape and tired!!! My husband had to assist with the moving of boxes because it was taking too long and I'm sorry but after $2,200 he shouldn't have had to touch anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone, my experience was not pleasant.
