Watch out for these Crooks!!

(When appropriately disputing a bill , It'll first take 3-6 calls to get in touch with the person they "claim" is supposed to be the one to help you)

They charge you for gallons used when your heat hasn't even been on and pilot hasn't even been lit yet for the season !!!! Then when questioned, Paul says, they too don't understand why there'd be a charge either however it IS a charge and if we DON'T pay it they'll shut us OFF!!! How's that for Customer Service ?!?! Nice, huh !!! Shady Crooks !!!!
