OUR STORY Todd Rozelle began teaching swim at a local swim school in 2010 for 3 years while he was attending college. For years Todd did swim lessons in home during the summer time. He quickly realized he had a niche for this and wanted to grow his business in order to help educate water safety as well as help others develop a passion for swim. Fast Fins was created in 2018 and strives to be the best Private Swim Lesson provider in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
