Friday, Jan.8, 2016, late afternoon service call for a plugged kitchen sink. Paid 352.00 for a roof snake and a bottle of lye. Still plugged Friday night. Contacted someone Saturday. "Sorry, in AZ for the Alabama game." Monday called and asked for a refund. The sink is still clogged. Man says his service man sent him a picture of a running sink. He will have to talk to him again, and take refund out of his check. He says he is in AZ for the week after the game and can do nothing. 32 days later, after repeated phone calls, I get a man today who says his uncle is going to have to call me because he is in the hospital. No. Poorest, most irresponsible, deceitful people I have dealt with in my 60 years as a consumer. Still waiting on a contact and a refund. Roll Tide.
