They have serviced/repaired my units several times over the last five years, all but one time was on the weekend or late evening, and there were no overtime charges. I called this morning (a Sunday) and was advised there would be an extra charge since it was Sunday. I stated their ad in yellow pages states no overtime charges. Hank said it should state excluding Sundays. I said it didn't. He said it does. I know how to read. I will now take my business elsewhere. The failure to keep a loyal customer and to honor what their own ad states is definitely disappointing.
