This will be the fourth time using Express auto glass, 2 trucks, a work van & this time was on my personal vehicle. Each time not a single bad thing to say about how they conduct business. They handled every repair painlessly and gave me the feeling that they had it handled, and they did!



For each instance they were out within 24hrs of the incident. They offered to come to my shop, or for me to come to their business. In my case they came directly to me!



As most humans, they are not perfect! They ordered the wrong windshield for one of our special edition trucks. Without skipping a beat they had the correct windshield delivered by another worker & they had the job done just as fast as they promised. Their professionalism, courtesy, and meticulous installers have led me to tell everyone I know that good companies do exist!
