Very pleased with the work Excel did on my Subaru WRX. I was rear ended by a pickup truck in Jacksonville and Excel towed my vehicle. After going to the shop after the accident and speaking with the owner, I decided to use them to fix my car as well. They did a great job.

I brought my ford focus here to get repairs done to the front end. It came out looking just as good as new. I've never had an accident before but should I ever (i hope not) have another, I know who to go to.

CHARLES AND HIS TEAM ARE AWESOME, THEY REALLY HELPED ME THROUGH A TOUGH TIME WITH MY VEHICLE AND WERE EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH ME AS THE GOVERNMENT FURLOUGH HAD ME UNABLE TO GET MY VEHICLE OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. GREAT PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY. i WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD THE GOOD WORD ABOUT THIS SHOP TO MY FRIENDS HERE LOCALLY. THANK YOU AGAIN.

I got into a reck and there was a lot of damages done to my truck. After having my truck for 2 months (one month w/o rentail) they gave it back and there was so much parts that didn't match up (paint and frame) that I took it back to them for two more weeks. This time nothing was fix there were more things that were not alinged and the cab was slanted and the bed slanted the other way. Come to find out after paying out of pocket to get a second look at my frame that the buniess never straighting the frame and jimmy rig the the caba dn parts back on to make them fit. I will never and please trust me not because the way I was treated but the way my truck came back it is unsafe to drive and the tires don't even trake proberly. I went back and he wont do anything else to help fix it and told me to get a lawyer. Please do not go here you will be screwed over and so much more. He told me that he buy parts in bulk and so much other lies like the dealership factory puts their fenders on to tight and so much more so please spread the word and don't go here.

I payed them $2,900 to have the outside of my car painted and it took 3 months to get the car back. They told me it would only take one month. I had to keep calling Charles the shop owner every week. All he kept saying was that the car will be ready next week. They gave me the car back the same day it was painted. The car had so many defects in the paint and body work. I had over spay all over my chrome rims and tires. The new bumpers and hood I bought were not sanded down so all the edges still had the factory molding imperfections spay painted over. The clear coat has contaminations all over the car. They painted over the weather striping instead of removing it first. If I try to remove the molding it's going to rip the paint off the roof. The body lines don't match up so theirs gaps around the bumpers. They didn't remove the side skirts to paint them so if you look at the car close enough you can see grey primer paint that looks like it has been sanded down. I went back to have them paint the bottom of the car and they pulled off a big piece of paint off the door. They tried to cover it up with a can of spray paint that doesn't even match the color of the car. Charles made me feel like he was going to take care of all the problems but never did. All he did was lie and take advantage of my medical conditions. I am a wounded warrior and I have never felt so disappointed with my current conditions till he took advantage of me. I even forgot my wallet in their store because of my memory problems one of the workers at the store stole all the money out the my wallet and left it on the desk. When I came back to pick it up they told me that their workers wouldn't steal anything. If you are a Marine please for the love of God don't do business with them. If you don't believe me look for a white mustang at Wounded Warriors Battalion East. They ruined me and my brothers dream, now I have to re-do the whole car again.

My experience with excel body works could not have been better. Charles personally made sure my Yukon was in perfect condition. These guys went above and beyond. Can't thank you enough! Your shop took a bad experience and made it better. Glad I went to you!

i took my car to this repair shop after somebody stole it.For the most part they fixed what was wrong but less than a month later after i got out of the military and when back home to Miami Florida the slave cylinder they replaced stopped working and when i called them to tell me were they got the slave cylinder which they originally told me they got from the dealership they didn't want to assist me like they were supposed to at least thats what i thought after paying $2300 dollars for repairs.(For those who don't know those kind of parts have warranties anywhere they are taken and break they can just be taken to the same company it was acquired from no mater what state and it will get replaced FOR FREE!!). This ordeal made me think that they didn't even replaced the slave cylinder because when i called the shop they gave me the number of charles?? who ever that is. I spoke to him once and when i called him back time and time again he never picked up my calls or my mechanic.
