We had an appointment for 10:00 in the morning for someone to come and give us a free estimate. They called back saying that both homeowners needed to be present or they would not come. I changed my schedule to be there. The company called at 9:57 stating that there employer was running late. At 11:30 they called us back stating that we would have to reschedule because they could not get anyone to come out and look at our basement. So basically they lied to us. Thats what you call a great first impression.
