Unprofessional and rude are just a few of the words I could use. Owner is also the salesman. Had a take it or leave it attitude- apparently felt ice storm damage was a good time to overcharge since folks "need" removal done. NO amount of storm damage is worth even the phone call !

Very impressed from beginning to end. Their salesman was courteous and professional and was not the typical pushy salesman you would expect. We felt their service was great and the work was done without damage to other areas of our yard. 100% recommend.

Elite didn't do our residential tree planting on schedule. They also lied about the work they were going to do ... meaning that I had to hire another tree service to complete the job.

i cannot say enough good things. the day after Sandy, they came out, gave a very fair estimate, and were out the next day to remove 6 trees, including two 100 year old oaks! our yard was a disaster, and within a day, the massive debris is gone. the wonderful thing about Elite is that they own all their own equipment, and have a crane, and their own massive chipper, so they don't have to rent all of those things. they converged, a group of 5 men, and within hours, were done! we are still in disbelief. not only that, but they are highly professional and compassionate and understanding of the expense, and were the only ones willing to arrange a payment plan where we paid a large amount the day of, and then they allowed us to be billed for the balance, which really helped us. i would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

I had Elite Tree out to help me with some trees on the property. I was told be another company they needed to be removed. Elite was able to show me options to help preserve my trees! I am forever grateful.
