DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We used them, they have refused to pay the bill on equipment rented for work they did on our yard, and now the equipment company is coming after us, the homeowner, with threats to put a lien on our house. We have it in writing the ELITE COLORADO CUSTOM BUILDERS/EDWARD SCOTT is responsible for ALL equipment rented for work done on our house; despite this he is refusing to pay the bill and we are being forced to take legal action. This has also affected our once-fantastic credit and he DOES NOT CARE.



He did a big job on our house and made a LOT of money from this project. Despite this he is refusing to pay this bill, one that HE put into writing he would be responsible for. He is a horrible businessman. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!



I've only given this company one star because I had to in order to post this. If I had my choice it would be 0 stars.
