ElectricMan put in new can lights to replace old flourescent bulbs recessed into our kitchen ceiling. My wife now thinks EMan hung the moon. The new lights add so much brightness to the kitchen and the new lights use less energy - too bad TXU. I now no longer have to climb a ladder to replace flourescent bulbs and won't ever again drop and break the plastic light box covers that hid the old flourescents. EMan also replaced outside flood lights with new flood fixtures that enclose the bulbs preventing rain and humidity from corroding the contact points causing bulb failure. We were first "sold" on ElectricMan's capabilities two years ago when they installed small illumination bulbs on the railing of a new backyard deck we had built. If you want Customer Service and Value, ElectricMan is at the top of the list!!!!!

After replacing florescent bulbs myself and not being able to get them to work, I called several electricians for help, knowing that it was something simple. They all had an unknowledgeable persons answering the phone who gave me sales pitches without realistic estimate, until I got to ElectricMan where Nick answered and immediately told me what he knew it was and gave me a straightforward estimate. Furthermore, he scheduled my work for that same day and the technicians showed up on time and to the job.

I had a great experience with this Company. I called at the last minute and they came that day. They were honest and really knew what they were doing.

I've never had such a professional experience before dealing with an electrician. I've added this company to my little list at home of the specialists i'd call if I needed help. I received an unexpected level of courtesy and honesty dealing with this company, and i'm happy to write them a review

Last night I had a problem with a GFCI breaker continually tripping in my garage. It caused by Verizon backup battery not to work, which caused me to not to have Internet, TV and phone. This morning I called Nick at ElectricMan and he told me to disconnect my flood lights that were plugged into a timer on my front porch. This was causing my GFCI in the garage to trip. I never would have thought of that. Once I did that, WHOLA! No more problems. Nick at ElectricMan saved me and it didn't cost me a dime. Thank you very much Nick.

I called after 9 pm; My pool pump was not working, and every time I tried to turn it on, it flipped a breaker. I was beginning to worry, as it was after-hours, and supposed to have a hard freeze. My wife found this electrical service online; I called and spoke to Nick Schaeffer; he patiently talked to me regarding the problem, and advised me on what to do to get the pump going. Needless to say, he really got me out of a jam, due to the late hours and impending freeze. Nick was very responsive and helpful; We are holding on to his phone number, and I would highly recommend Nick and his company.

Very friendly and professional. Moved two circuit breaker boxes to one location and rewired the kitchens and bathrooms up to code. I was very impressed with their teamwork on large jobs and their honesty. They worked with us on prices and took us through the entire process. Definitely recommending them to everyone we know, and we know who we will always call for all our Electricman needs!

They did a great job at our house. He came out when he said he would and did the job right and fast. They have fair prices, do great work and have good customer service.

I called Electric Man Friday, I told them what I needed to have done. I was given a quote over the phone. Which by the way was much lower then what I was given from other companies. I told him I wouldn't be home until after 4:30, he said that he would be there Monday at 4:45. Very Courteous; very Professional and Prompt. The job took about 30 minutes and he was done. Very Pleased with the overall service. I would Recommend this company to anybody looking for superb work!

Did due diligence in reviews on YP.com....this company had more reviews than others and near majority very positive.......will add that the work was done very professionally, competently , competitive price....Had a major service upgrade on my home.....when our loan is paid off...will definitely call these people (Rick and Terry) for other projects in future.

My wife and I were considering a foreclosure which had previous fire damage. We needed a very good electrician to perform due diligence for us. Nick with ElectricMan brought some help with him and in short order he was able to answer all the questions I had AND he was able to identify a problem that I had not been aware of. The single word I can think of is "competence". There is no substitute for competence. I will definitely use them again.

Rick made it out the same day I called and was able to meet me on my lunch break. He found the problem fast and made a quick repair. Fast and courteous. I would definitely reccomend.

The electrician came out first thing in the morning and performed a speedy service in professional manner. He even armed us with many preventive information for future problems. Thumbs up for Jeremy and his very kind yet caring boss. Problem solved and they are on our go to guys list.

Overpriced and did not use this company. Slow in response and not friendly

I had no electricity going to my stove and my water heater and I called them out and it just happened to ice real bad the next morning here and they still showed up on time and fixed my electricity. I was so pleased that they didn't back out even though the weather was really bad. Thanks guys.

I initially contacted Electric Man because of the great feedback I saw on this site. I'm glad I listened to everyone's advice and called them. They were fantastic to work with. He was very flexible with my schedule, gave me a specific time that he would arrive (not a 5 hour window) & he was there exactly on time. He did an excellent job and was very reasonably in price. I'll definitely be using them again!

Rick is very knowledgeable, and gave me a tip to switch from CFL's to incandescent to stop flickering lights for free over the phone. I will be using him for any electrical problems I ever have due to his exceptional service. He didn't have to help me for free, but he did, and that is service!

On a recent Sunday during the snow driven major power outage, we needed the advice of an electrician, but who to call. I opened the YellowPages, saw the ElectricMan's ad and hoped for the best. Wow, did I strike gold! From the time I placed the call for help to the time Rick walked out of our soon-to-be-warm-again home, it was only an unbelievable 1.5 hrs!! Nick was a 'straight-shooter' with me on the phone about whether our problem could be Oncor related or in our wiring. This alone impressed me. He then offered the option to switch our dead gas furnace thermostat to the one working leg of power we seemed to have so we could have heat until Oncor finished their restorations. Rick arrived just when he said he would, went right to work and determined that we were indeed receiving full power from Oncor, but one of our breakers was bad. He replaced it, checked things out and was on his way.



We were very impressed with the quality of service and integrity of this company. Pricing was very fair too. We certainly will use ElectricMan again and will recommend them when someone asks if we know a good electrician....we do now!

We recently bought an older home and have already had our share of emergencies requiring repair people, but our experience with ElectricMan was different. The same day that we called, the owner of the company, Nick, came to our home, listened to our most immediate needs, inspected our electrical situation and gave us an incrediblely reasonable quote. But that is not all, seeing that we had a work in progress and understanding that we had to allocate funds on a need vs. want or would like basis, (and we are on the pay as you go plan,) Nick helped us to prioritize our next step and provided us with a quote that will enable us to plan and save for that necessary next step. There was no pressure to get it all done now, just an honest assessment of what needed to be done to bring our home's electrical system current with the power and safety requirements of today's new homes. I am happy to report that we had the first quote's work done today. Nick's crew arrived on time, knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. They left the work site cleaner than they found it, were polite and friendly and didn't mind answering my questions. We now have a plan, have finished the first step, know what to expect financially and professionally with the next step and have the professional electricians to make it a reality. These are good people who do great work and that is rare to find these days!
