I hired Eco Carpet Pro to clean the carpets in my condo. They were prompt, friendly and got right to work. The carpets looked new just in time for my wife to return from a business trip.

I found Eco Carpet Pro through the maid I use. My carpets were horrible, pet stains and I have two toddlers, it looks brand new! Just in time for a new baby to come and crawl on them. Thank you Eco Carpet Pro

Directed to this company by Google and I must say they were the only carpet cleaning company in my area that provides great customer service. Everyone else I called I got a voicemail and it was just a hassle. From setting up the appointment to the technician calling to inform me he was on his way all the way to the final outcome was exceptional!!! Tech was very knowledgeable and even provided me with a sample eco clean cleaning product- no harsh chemicals and informed me of the proper way to use it. Thank you Eco Carpet Pro! The carpet looks new and it smells so clean in that room. You have a customer for life!

This was my second experience with Eco Carpet Pro and it was just as great as the first! The new system for the carpets leaves far less water content in the carpet and dries in a few hours!
The technician was very knowledgeable and professional and showed care with my furnishings. He explained the new system and it was all he said it would be! The work was thorough, timely and the price is very reasonable, I'm very satisfied!

Today I had Eco Carpet Pro come out and clean my carpets. Bobby Sears was the technician. He was prompt, very customer oriented, and very professional. I was concerned about the system being used not being a truck mounted system. He assured me that the system they use was better than any truck mounted system out there. By the time he left, I was convinced of that. I will highly recommend Eco Carpet Pro to my friends and family who are looking to get their carpet cleaned.

The carpet, when he finished, looked almost new. I was impressed with the entire event, and will not hesitate to contact them whenever I have such a need again.
