I found Dave Bates to be very friendly and helpful, gave me ideas for my project and showed me possible trees to use. No hard sell, which determines whether I go back to a business or not! I don't like to be pushed into a decision I may regret later, so EONL have certainly got me as a faithful customer in the future. I had other assistance when I went back and found the customer assistance to be the same with this gentleman too. The atmosphere was very relaxed and inviting, the displays gave me ideas.
