We can't say enough good about Drain Wizard Plumbing. Was not an emergency but after calling Monday, Austin and Carl were there on Tuesday with a brand new water heater. In about a hour Austin had pulled out, drained and loaded up the old broken water heater, installed our new water heater and I had HOT water! We also had another issue with our water main outside the house being buried about 18 inches underground and Austin fixed that too! Now the on/off valve is in a brand spanking new housing that is several inches above ground. Professional demeanor and they cleaned up behind themselves. Hardworking and honest, I highly recommend the Drain Wizard!

WOW! Excellent service. Couldn't have asked for a better plumbing company to do my BIG job. The personal service, care of the job and attention to detail blew us away. We called Drain Wizard and Carl the owner/operator came out quickly. He walked thru the house listening to our year long story. He stated he has done many full repipe jobs. He knew exactly where the pipes were run and let us know our options. He talked thru the process and what each step would look like. Thru the bid process which was SAME day- he suggested that not only should he repipe the drain lines but also the water lines while he is in the floor. He gave us an excellent quote and suggested that he would contract out and remodel both bathrooms as well. The process was fast and the start up date was set. He called us thru each step. If he needed to make a decision he called or sent pictures. I let him use his discretion and the result was amazing.

I called Wizard this morning for a clogged sink and they were out here by 1:00 and fixed the problem. They were very quick and efficient and also very reasonable. I will use them for all future plumbing needs!

I called Drain Wizard at 7:30 AM on a Friday morning to repair a leaking shutoff valve discovered that morning under a bathroom sink. The owner of the company arrived with an apprentice before 9 AM and promptly repaired the problem. He was professional and informative during the process, explaining details as he worked. We had a leaky toilet. Drain Wizard could have sold us a bill or goods, and it could have been expensive. Instead, he showed me that it was a simple loose bolt where the tank connects to the bowl. A manufacturing flaw, that he easily fixed, and charged a fair price for. We also had him change out the valves on all the outside spigots because the main wouldn't shut off all the way. He did great work, and charged a very fair price for his work.

I have never written a review on any business, but Carl's fairness and honesty during a drain problem made me obligated to write a great review about his company. I will allows call him whenever in need a plumber.

I called them due to a slow running drain. Carl showed up very promptly after he called and was very efficient in clearing the pipe, as well as being very professional. The drain is now working fine. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Called because they were the only 5 star reviewed plumber in my area. Work was extremely professional and they had a great sense of humor about everything which is nice to relieve the stress of a broken leaky sink. Replaced faucet with quick installation. Good rates and fast.

After coming home Thursday night to toilets backing up into the shower and tub and trying the drain cleaner routine, I called Carl on a Friday morning. He worked me into his schedule and told me he would be done and I would be back at work by lunch time. Even though he ran into some unexpected issues, he still got my main drain cleared and I was able to get back to work before the end of my lunch hour. I highly recommend Carl and his crew. The Best in the business. GREAT JOB-Dynamic Duo ! They are professional, curtious, informative and all around nice guys. Our drains were draining slowly and they fixed the problem in remarkable time. A few months ago we had another "well advertised" plumbing company here to do the same job, which took that company more than 2 hours and cost us almost 3 times as much and it didn't last more than 4 months.



Not only did the "Drain Wizard" fix the clogged drains, they istalled parts in one toliet and the shower at the same time and the price was fabulous. Much less then the previous company, who didn't resolve the clogging problem.

Carl The Wizard! Carl was the only plumber that would take a look at a leak on a Friday afternoon. Mr. Carl came to check on a leak under my kitchen sink. He concluded that I needed a new Moen piece because the inside of ours was corroded and done. Carl said we would be able to get a replacement/new Moen piece at no charge! Don't hesitate, call the Drain Wizard. He is an expert and answers everything honestly and will work hard for a satisfied customer.

Carl was straight forward and very helpful! He arrived at my home exactly when he said he would and explained all of the problems my sinks were having. I would recommend his business to anyone in this area. A+ I wish more plumbers were more like him.
