Your Electrician was very professional, polite and was vey happy answering any of my questions. Nice neat installation by your electric.

My outdoor security lights needed to be replaced so I called Dr. Watts. Kevin came out promptly and replaced all the lights. He was friendly, efficient and his prices were very reasonable. As a single mom, it's very nice to work with an honest electrician I can trust. I will definitely be calling Dr. Watts for future electrical work. THANK YOU SO MUCH....you helped "brighten" my home.

I had a burnt electrical smell in my basement and called Dr. Watts. Kevin came out and quickly found the problem in the electrical panel. He replaced the breaker but found serious code violations from work done by previous electricians and HVAC installation people. Over the years I have had many electricians do work for me but none so through or as professional as Kevin. Also his price was far less than expected. Call this guy first and see what I mean!

Kevin came out to my house to troubleshoot a power outage on the entire upstairs level of my home. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed a bad ground in one of the outlets. He was very polite and profressional. Would reccomend.

I had a surge and Dr. Watts opened my electrical panel and showed me what happened. They fixed problem then installed a whole house surge protector. We will call again when we need electrician.

We had Kevin come in and install 8 recessed lights in the kitchen and remove two other lights that were pretty ugly. He did a great job and gave a very good price. He also gave us an estimate on other work including a small bathroom that we plan to finish. I recommend Kevin to anyone who needs electrical work of any kind done.

I am very happy that I choose to call Kevin at Dr. Watts to come take a look at my first new home in Leesburg. Right before I moved in I noticed my refridgerator was not working and when I moved it out of the way the outlet was exposed. Then I decided to plug it into the stove outlet. I moved the stove out of the way and wires were hanging out of the wall with a box and wires exposed laying under the stove on the floor. I knew that wasn't good. Then I started to get nervous that my whole house was going to be all messed up. I did not know anything about electrical work and so I did some research online. I saw a few electric companys in Leesburg but I wanted to pick someone that I could understand what they were saying and seemed to care about making things right at hopefully a decent price. It was between a company that was close to my house or Dr. Watts, I noticed he had 9 good reviews and I liked what people were saying. My soon to be wife called the company close to our house not Dr Watts originally and said they really acted like they didn't care about what she was saying but told her the rate per hour. When she told me that I just imaginged a place to big to care and them sending someone out to my house not caring about what I had questions about or if I understood what was going on. When I called emailed Kevin at Dr Watts he got back with me really quick and was really nice on the phone. It was like I was talking to a buddy of mine, which was really surprising. He asked what my problem was and worked my schedule to come out as soon as I could be there. When he came out to the house he was really professional and polite. He listened to my concerns about my house and walked me through out the house checking outlets and explaining what he was doing and how it should work. He also took a look at the breaker box and rewired it correctly for me. He had to replace a GCFI removed one that was already protected by another. He spent time explaining to me so that I would I understand how things worked. He also found some surprises that the prior owner tried to hide. Inside one outlet there were extra wires that he capped off for me that were going inside a cabinet that were hidden. He made it so the extra wire in the cabinet is no longer a hot wire that could've possibly shocked me. He also replaced outlets on the outside of my house that had been weathered. I also had a surge protector installed to protect all my appliances throughout my house. When he was finished I thought this is going to cost me a ton, but when he told me the price I thought it was a price that was fair and I was more than happy to pay. If I ever need any electrical work then I will definitely call him and I would recommend him to anyone. I feel good knowing that there is someone that I can trust to do that work for me that will listen and explain to me what he is going to do and how it works and now I don't have to worry about who my electrican will be if I ever have a problem again. I don't normally write reviews but I was happy to this time. Thanks Kevin, I feel like I won't get shocked in my house now. lol

Hey Kevin, Thanks for doing such a great job and recommending those wonderful LED lights for our kitchen. My wife loves them as the dimmer switch you put in alllows her to keep the glare away while she watches TV or reads. We also love the timer for the fan in the bath room which keeps our guests from leaving the fan on all day. You really did a nice proffessional job and did it with a smile despite the number of times we changed our minds about what we wanted.

Dr. Watts came to my house during the horrific snow storm with traffic and all. My heat was out. Fixed the problem and installed a whole house surge protector. I would highly recommend Dr. Watts and will call again if I need an electrician.
