Poor service! Scheduled my move with Bob for Sunday 09/23 relocating to Tampa Florida. Bob put the 24th as well due to storms/hurricanes brewing. Got a call from Danielle on 09/21 to confirm the date of 09/23 between 2pm-6pm. Not a rain cloud in the sky! Everything is packed and waiting for the movers. I even loaded my car as well. I get a call from the driver at 5:50pm that he can’t get here until the next day at 9am! Truck did not arrive until 9:40am. I had to call the hotel in Tampa to change my reservation and verify with storage that my reservation there was still good. My entertainment center was broken and I did not get my things delivered until 09/26/18. I was told my delivery date was Monday 09/24 (same day) because it was a local move. I was told by Bob that I could use my credit card for the 2nd payment installment, which I did and got charged a 4% fee for using my card which Bob never mentioned during our call. I was totally inconvenienced over this. They don’t have to worry about me using them EVER again or referring them to anyone!
