The knob arrived today, and it’s perfect!!! Fits the dishwasher shaft as if it were made for it. We ran the dishwasher immediately, and it worked fine. Thank you so very much for your “can-do” attitude. You don’t know how many calls and inquiries I made and received comments like: “they don’t make them anymore” “you’ll never find it” “you’ll just have to buy a new dishwasher, I guess.” Your company is the BEST.

I LOVE Don''s. I had trouble with my dryer, did a little trouble-shooting at home and arrived with no idea what I would need to fix the problem. After two small parts and a ton of helpful information, I was able to fix my dryer and get it working again.
