I just called this company to get information for my 90 year old grandmother who is no longer able to drive, but would still like the freedom of being able to get out of the house whenever she wants, and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude! I'm still in shock. Horrible, horrible 1st impression, which is sad seeing as how I was born & raised in Arlington and have many friends & family members who I will make sure NEVER use their service!

Great service! My friends left me stranded here at the Cowboy Stadium tonight. I wasn't expecting them show up as fast as they did, but they were able to pick me up with very little wait time. The best part about it is that they were able to get me back to the hotel before my friends made it back to the hotel. Way to go Tony!
