I've been a property owner for 25yrs.When I purchased my first house the first tradesmen that I used were of course the plumbers.Now,water guys come in all different shapes and sizes.But these Doctor plumber guys were good.I was told that I was going to have to replace 15 heating units in my townhouses.These townhouses r all linked and were built one right after the other.And i'm sure that those of you out there that own multiple properties know that when one thing goes it seems to set off a chain reaction!Out of desperation after seeing the price I was going to have to pay for 15 new heating units I called one more plumbing company.Doctor plumber sent out two guys who gave me great news.The units could be repaired.And the price was about a quarter of the price the other three guys gave me.These guys were clean and fast.And time is money when you are a busy person.They explained and showed me everything they did.And even showed me how to properly operate and maintenance my units.I appreciate everything they did for me.Thank You

I'm a Family man with three small children.Last wed. at 7:30pm my central air unit started to disperse hot air instead of cold.My neighbor had a similar problem a month ago.I called them and they referred me to Dr.Plumber,who had done excellent work for them in the past.I immediately called them and they arrived at my house within the hour.They diagnosed the problem and explained in detail what was wrong with my Central Air unit.I appreciated the fact that they meticulously went over all aspects of the excellent price they gave me before they started any work.No suprises is key,especially in todays tough economy.After they were done,the work was first rate,leaving my Central Air unit in perfect working order.The problem was reversed and we all slept comfortably that night.I thanked my neighbors for the excellent recommendation.And I myself highly recommend these Highly skilled and efficient professionals to anyone who needs prompt,well priced,and fair service.

The only reason I'm giving this company 2 stars is that they showed up within the time they said. He said he could fix my air conditioner, but all he did was clean the unit, never cleaned the drain, left residue on our units from his cleaning, and over charged in my opinion. Would not use this company again.

I woke up in the morning to get ready for work to find that I had absolutely no hot water.My friend had used Dr.plumber a couple of times, was impressed by their outstanding service,and recommended them to me.I called them at 7:00am and at 7:30am on the dot they were at my door.Which was great because I still had to get to work.They quickly replaced my Water Heater and gave me a great deal on the entire service.While they were replacing my Water Heater I also mentioned to them that the drain in my bathtub and my bathroom sink were very slow to drain.One of the plumbers unclogged both of my bathroom drains while the other finished installing my new Water Heater. Afterwards they quickly explained how to operate and properly maintain my Water Heater.Their service was first rate.I couldnt ask for more.Oh yeah,and I made it to my meeting at work on time.

Chris was at out house in an hr. after a 6:00PM call. His rates are great, they don't change even for emergency and after hour services, very nice and just a great overall experience... oh and he fixed the problem too.
