DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR PRODUCTS. Bought a new furnace and heat pump in 2012 from them. The first summer had to have them out to fix AC/heat pump. 2013 the AC stopped working. The Freon was gone and core had to be replaced. 2016 now and the copper pipe inside of the unit burst a small hole. There was no way anything could have punctured the pipe as it was inside unit. Instead of even cutting me a deal or just trying to recover their costs they tried to CHARGE ME FULL PRICE of 1100$ to fix small hole in pipe and recharge the Freon that evacuated during pipe burst. After getting another company to repair it for 525$ I inspected the damaged pipe which obviously had a manufacturing defect. I will say the technicians were always nice and professional. That is why I give 2 stars instead of 1. USUALLY WHEN YOU PAY TOP DOLLAR FOR INSTALL BY A LARGE REPUTABLE COMPANY YOU EXPECT THAT THEY WILL STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK/PRODUCTS, that's why you pay extra for the piece of mind.

I've been very satisfied utilizing Doc Dancer's maintenance contract, they service my furnace, humidifier and central air and I would recommend them to anyone.

They provided great service to my old furnace. When I needed a new furnace doc Dancer quickly installed it. Very professional.
