when called to inquire about a car encountered a very rude man who refused to specify hours. Told call 30 mins prior to arrival. I was hung up on. Called back and asked again about the hours and was refused again. Man was more aggressive and i told him he did not have to be rude then he said he was done with the conversation and hung up again
