EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! Five stars goes to this all star plumbing company. I called on a weekend with a plumbing problem nobody would ever wish for and I was greeted immediately by the owner of the company. He suggested I wait until Monday to save on labor costs and I appreciate his honesty. They arrived promptly when I asked and fixed the job in just minutes! Bryan did an amazing job and was professional, courteous and gave me many tips on how to care for my septic system which I very much appreciated. Great company, great service, highly recommend them to all.

do not call them. I have called them several times. They say let me call you right back. Never happens. Called someone else that likes to work and keep thier business going. Wanted to give them Zero stars but it will not let you

These Guys are GREAT. Do It Right came to our house when we had a sewer backup in our basement. I called them on a Sunday morning, and they immediately told me to wait to have them come until Monday morning if possible, to save on the cost of a Sunday call. I appreciated their honesty and they came first thing the next morning. They did the best they could to solve the problem. They did end up having to dig up my yard to replace the sewer lines. They were quick and professional, they explained every detail of their work to me so I understood both the problem and their solution. They made sure everything was done correctly and quickly. They were upfront about everything, stuck to their quoted price and promised to stand by their work if there are future issues with the line. They're a great team of guys and they'll be the ones I call when I have problems in the future.

Completely happy with this company! They came the same day, were on time, friendly, professional and personable. My drain was cleared in no time and they even told me how to prevent the problem in the future. I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I had Do it Right over to fix a slow drain and replace a garbage disposal. They were professional curteous and reasonably priced. Both projects were done efficiently and they even made sure to clean up after themselves leaving things even better than when they arrived. I intend on using them again for a kitchen remodel. I would highly reccommend them.

Called them in a panic when my water heater wasl leaking all over. They calmed my fears, told me how to stop the flooding and were able to install a new water heater later that day. What a relief!! I don't know anything about those things. But they took the old nasty one with them and cleaned everything up and it was good as new. I'm definitely going to call them again.

Do-It-Right Plumbing is the only service that I will use. The gentlemen that came to my house to install my hot water heater was professional and courteous. I can not say enough good about them. They went above and beyond by explaining everything to me. As soon as I can talk my husband into a new dishwasher, we will be calling them. "Do it right" is more than a name, it is their speciality!
