Provided by YP.comThis company was supposed to be at my house at 9 am , at 9:35 still nobody here and no call. I called and spoke to a man that goes on to tell me my appointment is at 1pm on "his calendar" I told him he is wrong that all the emails from his company and a texted I received all stated 9am, oh I also spoke verbally to one of their employees the day before and she verbally confirmed 9am . Then after all that he says " my guy called in sick " but I wanted to - Thank him for saving me $500 and all his aggravation that went along with it ;) and researching further looks like this is normal behavior for this company.
