I had a terrible experience with this company. After taking a day off from work to be home for the exterminator 2 days after calling them, they did not show up, and when I called them, they were completely unapologetic about somehow forgetting our appointment, despite the fact that I had just called them! The man I talked to was rude and I would never recommend them to anyone. I immediately called another company. The worst service I have ever had

Very poor follow up service.



In June of this year, I recommended your company to my neighbor, 56 Village Drive, Dracut, Ma for a bat problem they had. Also, I asked to stop by my house to repair a cone that you had put on my home in July 2004. This cone had fallen off during this past winter, and I did not ask you to do the repair without cost to me.



Several times I have called the Lowell, Ma office to check whether this was done, and each time the individual that answered the telephone stated that he would check to see if a man had been back to repair the problem and call me back. To date this individual has not called back despite several calls placed to the Lowell office.



You can be sure that I will not recommend your company again to anyone, and in fact I will tell anyone who my ask to recommend your company not to call or use your service.
