I cant believe that they are still in business. I had them do a local move years ago . They broke a marble table top and lost the other. I was held hostage for more money because the move was taking longer. I hadnt purchased addition insurance so they refused to pay to replace 2 expensive marble table tops. I reported them I even had the news come and talk to me . I cant believe they are still in business . SO no i was not "disappointed" I was devastated . When I called to complain I was treated like garbage . yep DONT USE THEM

I had this company make a local move boro to boro. They were prompt and professional. On time and did not damage anything, used covers for mat and box. I was impressed. This was on 7/14/2014

Don't ever have them move you! I recently had them do a local move. The crew left all kinds of things behind.They damaged several pieces of furniture and were disrespectful and rude. When I went to the office to let them know I wasn't satisfied I was treated disrespectfully by the agent. He told me it was my fault that I didn't do a walk through at the end. I'm a widow and stayed until they were more than 3/4 done with the packing. I don't believe they moved a thing after I left to go to the new property. The agent's excuse was if you weren't there to tell them to move things how were they supposed to know they were to be moved? They left an entire set of dishes in a kitchen cabinet. They moved everything else, but left these dishes. Did they need me to tell them to move them? I was told that if I wanted them to finish the job I'd have to pay for another crew and truck. I told him I don't want his workers anywhere near my things again. The move was due to turnpike construction so the turnpike is paying for it. When I told the agent that I don't feel I can sign the authorization for payment then all of a sudden they'd send out someone to finish up and I wouldn't have to pay. In addition they charged me for more hours than they actually worked and the mover who handed me the bill to sign said, "That will be like our tip for the job, getting paid for an hour and a half extra."

Such an excellent company. My wife and I used them several months ago and I just feel its necessary to tell everyone, what an amazing job they did! They were so professional and friendly.The most amazing part was the price! Their men really worked fast!
