Daylight Donuts sells your typical selection of delights that you would find in a doughnut shop ; cinnamon rolls, bear claws, variety of filled doughnuts, hot and iced coffees, doughnut holes, ETC.

The difference at Daylight Donuts is the level of sweetness in each doughnut, for me they are perfect ; the right amount of icing, toppings and the recipe for the doughnut itself .

At several other doughnut shops, like Krispy Kreme and Shipley's, the doughnuts are extremely sweet.

On the other hand, the service you find at Daylight Donuts might make you feel uncomfortable. The staff is mostly Korean who are not fluent in English ; I have a very difficult time understanding them, they have a difficult time understanding me. The employees are very quick to service you and are friendly. The universal language here is using your hand to point to whatever it is that you want.

I also did not like hearing the staff converse with each other, very loudly, in their native language.

All in all , Daylight Donuts has the best doughnuts in the Hewitt / Waco area.
