I have used Russell for my home and rentals over the last few years. He is quick to respond to a call even if it ISN'T an emergency. The PRV on my home had worn out and the pipes were screaming each and every time we turned on the water. The lack of regulating the pressure coming into our house threatened a blow out on a plumbing fixture or a pipe in the walls. He was able to replace it as soon as he came out, and he wrapped the pipes with insulation to prevent freezing in the winter.

What was even better? He went to check on a reportedly broken faucet at one of my rentals immediately after fixing my house. It turned out to be nothing more than a mis-threaded spray nozzle. He fixed it with no fuss at all!! Russ is a professional with years of experience, and I would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing or septic help.
