Very slow in getting to my broken unit but it's fixed and working great. They went above and beyond by fixing two other problems that would have resulted in another service call.

Exceptionally dishonest person. I'd not only never use them, but I discourage anyonefrom considering this company.He was dishonest and overfilled our unit with freon with twice the amount it could hold and destroyed it. He misdiagnosed the real problem to begin with.He assured us he would be out to fix the problem, and then would not return phone calls.We've had to try to take legal action to recoup the money he took from us for services he did not give, and never mind the $3,800 I have to pay an honest person to put in a new unit.
