After hiring several other companies to control the ant problem in our home without success, a friend reccomended Cypress Ceek. Their serviceman showed up and identified our problem as pharoh ants . The service tech explained he would have to bait the areas in our home where we wre having problems, then come back in 2 to 3 weeks to rebait and bait other areas if neccesary. The same serviceman came back like he said he would and followed up again another 2 weeks rebaiting and inpecting our home as if itwere his own. the serviceman was David and removed his shoes when he entered our home the second time he came because it was raining outside and he was concerned he might soil our carpet. I have to hand it to David and Cypress Creek Pest Control for doing what the said they would and not overcharging like some other companies did and didn't even get rid of our ant problem and wouldn't return our phone calls. I reccommend Cypres Creek Pest Control to all my friends and nieghbors.
