This is the worst I have been treated as a customer! The company will give you the run around, would never give me all the information to release my vehicle, so that they could keep my car longer and get paid for it! I have been to the office three days in a row and still can't have my vehicle released!

Your absolutely right. My mother was in a bad accident on the 8th of this month, she received a certified letter in the mail today just to find out she has only 2 hours before closing to either pick up the vehicle or turn it over to them dodging additional cost. This is a set-up (in my opinion) because she has a 2 hour window to make a decision and 9 out of 10 they will bank on her just paying the fee today & turning over the title.

This tow yard will rip you off and tell you that a car is not there when it actually is in order to get more storage money. Horrible customer service and no help from upper management.
