Avoid at all costs. We used Cumberland-Powhatan Septic twice, before we knew better. The second time, lightning rendered our pump useless. The cause: a blown power line just inside the tank lid. They diagnosed the issue in 3 minutes, spliced and heat-shrink patched the cable in 10 minutes, and handed us a bill for (as best as I can recall today) $300. Whatever the exact amount, it was outrageous. When I was concerned about it, they were not gracious. Their pumping and excavating prices are likewise very, very high.
