I don't know if these guys just aren't thinking or if they're just doing what they're told but their method of doing the railroad project in Lakeland is ridiculous! For days now off of Bartow Highway they have all the roads closed off so they can do the tracks however they're all dug up and nobody's doing anything. if the supervisor over this project had any common sense he would have done them one road at a time so you wouldn't be holding up traffic and causing all these dang accidents. I would think CSX would be like any other job and safety would come first!?!
