They do not work over the weekend and no one called me back till Sunday night. But I still gave them a 5 star because once I received a call back they went to work getting rid of the skunk. I'm not sure of the name of the person who came to my home but he answered my questions. Thank you

Ron is the only person we want to do our pest control. He has more knowledge than any other person in the whole state. If you have a problem, you need Ron.

They seem to know what they are doing. It was a difficult job as the house sits on a rocky area; it took a jack hammer to dig a trench around the house. It is too soon to see if what they did will work, but I remain hopeful the issue with rats destroying my home is in the past.

Technician was polite and professional. This is a job we don't want to do ourselves, thank heavens for Eli at Critter Control !

Total slackers. Expensive and did not show up, keep changing appointments like I have nothing to do but wait for them.

We are VERY disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism of the Critter Control team.



Not once, but twice, we took off time from work to be here for the service and both times no one showed. It is a bad precedence to set with a customer that had been using the service for five years and just signed up for the maintenance service plan.



Not only did the service not get performed but both times we called about the time that we could expect the technician and were told that "we were the next house" and that it "should not be long." After waiting for almost two hours with no call, no one ever came to perform the service.



When I brought this situation to the attention of the company's main contact, Nancy, and asked that they make it right, I was emailed a response that they were sorry of for the inconvenience. As far as I am concerned, they don't care about their customers and I will take my business to another company that does. Incredibly bad customer service.
