I called two weeks ago (twice) for an estimate to repair my roof, the gentleman that answered the phone did not bother to ask for a name an address or a phone number. I am now looking for someone else.

I got a call from my tenants that the roof was leaking. I spent the next month going down the list of roofers and trying to get them to call me back. When I got to Cook Roofing that all stopped. Jeryl called me back within minutes of my message and was out to look at the house the same day and had a written quote to me in the mail within two days. He's definately on the ball and responds quickly and professionally and to add to it he's also just a nice guy. But the best part is the work is done really well. When the job was done everything was cleaned up and trash removed and he charged me exactly what he quoted me - there was no dickering over added fees after the fact and it included extra little touches like an overflow hose from the swamp cooler to ensure no mineral stains on the new shingles.######All in all I'll be recommending Cook Roofing to all my friends.
