Consider It Fixed

Provided by YP.comOver the past 10 years I have been responsible for managing 5 home and business networks with over 20 PCs, so I'm a pretty advanced "amateur." In the past, I've had dealings with several "professionals" in the networking business, but none has provided the level of skill or expertise as Consider It Fixed.
Ian Warhaftig, the proprietor and chief geek, is not some network newbie, who took a couple of certificate courses. He is a former Microsoft sales manager who knows the inside guts of the PC and Mac OSs and how the networking features were designed and how they operate.
I have used Ian to set up both my current home and office networks, with over 4 PCs each, with wired and wi-fi, with network storage and printers, etc., and in over a year, not one glitch or crash. When I had to install some temperamental office management systems, he was on the phone with the software publisher to tweak things right at the outset, and things worked right at the beginning. Ian is available by phone when I install software updates to see if things need any tweaks.
Ian is also a total techie geek (and I mean this in a good way). He buys all the latest computers, software and gadgets to play with so when he goes out on a job he is familiar with all the stuff.
And he runs his business in a professional way--he takes notes! So if you call him, he can look up your system and solve many issues over the phone. He keeps a tech log so he knows where to find the patch or solution for the problem without having to reinvent the wheel every time, on your nickel. Because of his skill and precision, he will save you money and end up blowing away the competition, because he actually fixes things the first time.
I would highly recommend Consider It Fixed for sourcing hardware, setting up networks, or just about any computer tech problem for your home or small business

Provided by YP.comI am one of those people who must use a computer but has no idea of what I am doing. I wanted to work from home and my company has requirements as to what kind of hook up I must use. First I called Comcast and after an hour on the phone with their support I was more confused than when I started. They offered to send a technician to my home but due to the high volume of requests during the holidays they could not schedule an appointment for 10 days. A friend told me that he had used Consider It Fixed and was very happy with the results. I called and as able to make an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, is very personable, and in no time my computer was up and runnng just like I was in my office. In addition he fine tuned our home computer, showed me how both computers could share a wireless network, and added security software to our home system. Now I can work from home and at the same time my husband and son can play games on the home computer as well as go on the web. If I were more of a geek I think that I would be excited. I am just happy that I was able to work from home for the past few weeks rather than make the drive to my office each day. This gave me more family time and I still made my work quota.
I highly recomment Consider It Fixed.

Provided by YP.comI spent hours on the phone with Dell and the issue wasn't resolved. Consider It Fixed showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and I was working again. They also showed me that my wireless network wasn't setup right. They fixed that too and got me free virus protection from Comcast. I know who I would call again if I ever have a computer problem.
