We have never been more unhappy with a contractor in our life. He built an addition for us which included a steel roof between the new and old house. A little over 2 years later, we had a major amount of water damage where he did the work. It turns out that the roof was never done correctly in the first place and likely leaked from the day it was done. We just didn't see the damage until recently. Once we started to tear the roof apart to fix it we could not believe what a totally pathetic job that he did on it. Anyone with any common sense could see that it was not done right and had no chance of keeping water from getting into the walls. We now have to take him to court to get back what will likely be tens of thousands of dollars of damage. We clicked on the one star rating only because a 0 was not an option. If you need a hole dug in the ground, he could probably handle that. If you need anything built, find somebody else.
