When I first connected with these guys there was great communication and their lead estimator Tyler came out, we got the bid and said we would proceed. We had a late snowstorn that was affecting their schedules and even explained to the owner Gabe while he as at out house that we understood the delay and just to keep in touch with us. After Gabe left is when it all started going downhill, communication was lacking and the day they were supposed to start they didn't show and it was only after I called Gabe (he couldn't talk said he would call me back and didn't) and he responded to a text that they weren't coming and had to reschedule. I had explained to Gabe that we had other contractors lined up and scheduled them based off of when he said he could be there. After talking to Tyler, my husband and I decided to give them a second chance at scheduling and Tyler assured me that our job would be done and done on the day we scheduled, even confirming the night before we were on. The morning they were due to arrive a second time I got a text from Tyler that they would "probably" be at our house later that day and not when they planned. Such a huge dissapointment. We feel that once Gabe saw the job that he felt the cost should habe been higher than our bid so decided to ghost us and blow us off. I would never recommend them to anyone.
