First I called Geek Squad for a quote. They wanted so much money that I continued shopping for a repair person that was both competent and affordable. I had heard about Computer Service on Site from friends who were happy with their service, so I called them. They were able to walk me through the problem over the phone for less than an hour of their time. I will definitely use them in the future.

The owner of this company Jim Bell has serviced my computer and my companies computer system several times and always solved the problems we have incurred. He is thorough and knows his work as a professional in the field of computer repair. I would highly recommend him if you are in need of any computer services.

There just aren't enough words to tell you how fast, efficient, and honest this man is. My story? In the middle of studying for a licensing exam which I had to pass to remain employed, my computer died. It was a Saturday evening and I called Jim - he finished his dinner and came over and did NOT leave until everything, and I mean EVERYTHING including the printer was set to go. He makes it easy for those of us who are technically challenged. I live in San Diego now and would not hesitate to call Jim to make the drive.

He is fast, eay to work with, getsalong with management and staff very well. But, reliability is very important to me and this service is reliable. One Friday morning I couldn't get the email to work and called Mr. Bell. I got his cell and left a message. He called back in 10 minutes from a computer software seminar he was attending in Las Vegas and trouble shot the problem over the phone resulting in a solution. The service was excellent to start with and has actually become even more efficient over time.
